...Because it's raining!!! YEA!!! Rain is the perfect weather to bring out my boys' curls. Whenever I see sprinkles, I know they'll be looking picture perfect (which is perfect because today is picture day at school for Tristan).
AND rain is my favorite weather! I couldn't have asked for a more glorious day. I got my exercise clothes on, walked outside and saw wet pavements. I quickly ran back inside, grabbed my rain jacket and headed out. About five minutes into my walk, the rain started pouring down. The rest of my walk was blessed with beautiful heavy rain.
What a GREAT MORNING!!! I sure have missed the rain.

I'm not a fan of rain at all but I'm glad that his gorgeous curls will be looking their best today! I love seeing kids with curls, my baby is the only one who has any curls and they're just in the back.
I love the rain, and am really enjoying it today too!

I'm only a fan of rain if I don't have lots of errands to run! It's hard dragging 3 kids in and out of the car when it's pouring down outside. If I have just a day at home to relax, BRING ON A FLOOD! =)
This post reminded me of a couple of weekends ago when we decided to take a Saturday afternoon family walk. We put S&E in the wagon, put Luke in his stroller and headed out. As we were leaving the house, it started sprinkling a little...we didn't think it was anything to be worried about so we just kept walking. After we got about a mile or so away from the house, it started POURING!! Jay had to take his shirt off to cover Luke! We would have ran home but I couldn't because I was still recovering from the c-section. We were all drenched by the time we got home! Good times!!
