We Are Having a...

We are SO excited and can't wait to meet our sweet baby girl!!! It is going to be a new challenge for us...one we're super excited but nervous about. Boys are just so easy. I'm up for the challenge, though. I can't wait to start shopping!!!

Thanks for all of you and your encouraging comments. We are beyond thrilled!!! I'm sure the fear will set in later. ;)

Guess I'll be changing the name of my blog soon. A challenge in itself. :)

When we told my mom, she didn't believe us. We had to tell her over and over that we weren't kidding. SO funny! I guess she didn't think we could ever make anything but boys...kind of like I always thought.

I will say, many of the old wives' tales have proven true on for me. This pregnancy has been very different than my other two, but since I wasn't vomiting sick, I convinced myself (against my strong hunch otherwise), that this was a boy. Should have totally listened to the old wives' tales. More on that tomorrow during my Random Thoughts.

Oh, and Tristan is getting just what he wanted. When asked, he preferred a baby sister. He thought the ultrasound today was so cool, especially the stuff they squirted on my belly. I guess he's pretty easy to please. :)

So anyway...that's our big news, and we are THRILLED! I don't regret finding out AT ALL! What a blessing!!!

Thank you all SO much! We are beyond thrilled...just a tad nervous.
I am SO thankful that she will have two older brothers watching out for her. That definitely brings me comfort. :)
I just always saw myself with three boys. How will I learn what to do with a little girl? I'm sure I'll figure it out...with much advice.
I know I'll love the shopping!
I am thrilled for Channing. He will be such an amazing dad to a little girl. :):):)
As for names, with the boys, I had names easily picked out for them and struggled with girls' names. This time, we have like three or four girls names picked out and NOTHING for a boy. Amazing how God works?
Thanks, everybody!!! Your encouragement and blessings mean so much. :)

YAY!!!! I had a hunch it was a girl!! :) I'm so excited for you!! You will LOVE being the momma of a sweet little girl! And..you have an AGD legacy now!! ;) And, who says you still won't have your three boys! Maybe your visions of three boys was correct..it just left out the sister in the middle!!! ;) congrats!!!

I hate to say, but you willed this upon yourself!! CONGRATS!!! That is amazing and wonderful! And I'm thrilled you found out and don't regret it. That's the toughest part. Aren't you glad you know, now?? I'd hate for that little girl to have all baseballs and blue things!
CONGRATS TO ANNIE, CHANNING, TRISTAN AND ASHER!!!

Yea!!! I'm so thrilled for your family. Just think....we can do lots of fun girlie stuff with our little girls who will only be two months apart! Congratulations and I am so glad you found out! Are you going to do anything different with the nursery or anything? I bet you are ready to buy some pink things!! Just beware..it's hard to stick to the budget when shopping for girls ;) Love ya'll!

Thank you all SO much. I know I've said it lots of times, but we are SO excited! God couldn't have ordered our children any better. Our sweet baby girl will have two protective big brothers, and that reassures me so much!
Lindsey, Amber also pointed out the AGD legacy. I had not even thought of that, but I like it! How great would that be?!
Hillary, you are so funny! I am glad we found out. The main reason we found out was because we both were sensing girl. Now we can get lots of pretty things between now and June!
Karen, I am THRILLED that our little girls will grow up together. Asher has a little buddy his age, and now our sweet little girls will have each other (with HC showing them the ropes). What a blessing!
As for the nursery, I think I may change it. I LOVE the Restoration Hardware stuff, but since we have the green gingham chair (which we're too frugal to have recovered), I'll probably have to go with PBK or some other nursery bedding. RH has nothing with that color green in it. How disappointing! :( I'm pretty sure I'll do a more girly nursery, though.
Julie, you're a great predictor! Sorry things were so chaotic when you were in today. :)
Again, thank you all SO much!!!
